The sounds has stopped working when I connect to remote computers. We use LogMeIn to edit videos. No sound = no work. Need help!
@onealbs Sorry! Did you lose sound from all of your hosts, or just one?
Have you done anything to troubleshoot this yourself?
All. I have spent over two hours today on the phone with techs from LMI with no resolution. Only thing I have been told is that LMI is aware of an "issue" that began on January 24.

Any idea when this issue will be resolved?
We are going to have to find something else to use if it's not soon.
Since you are not sure when this issue is going to resolved, what do I need to do to downgrade my account from LogMeIn Pro?
