I'm trying to upgrade from trial to Pro but keep getting the message Transaction declined when trying to purchase.
I've attempted with 3 different credit cards, each with sufficient funds, but none have been successful.
Need this ASAP!
@MPRE Although we cannot investigate billing issues through this Community, I can suggest first checking that you have a full name and correct billing information entered.
