Unable to start Remote Control from a Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave)

I had Logmein running fine on my Mac running Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave).

 

Then the hard drive failed. It was replaced and I restored the Mac from a Time Machine backup. 

 

Since the restore Logmein fails to work. The Control Panel app no longer runs. I have deleted it and downloaded it again from the logmein website but each time I douple click the remote control app to start it absolutely nothing happens. 

 

Any ideas?

@Pagemakers   You will want to re-install LMI programs from scratch after a recovery or wipe of any operating system.  Let us know if this does not work for some reason.

Thanks. As I stated originally I’ve re-installed the app and still it doesn’t work.

@Pagemakers  Have you tried a different profile, in case something is corrupt there?

 

Are there any other applications misbehaving?

@Pagemakers  If you were physically in front of that Mac to accept all the security checks, and the problem still persists with a new user profile there, then I would give our Support staff a call when it's convenient for you:  https://www.logmein.com/support/contact-us?

I called tech support and they fixed it.
