did not manage to delete a subscription. debited 52 euros

Good afternoon.
I did not manage to remove the subscription in time, as I am in Russia. After debiting the money for the subscription, I immediately deleted the network, but the subscription will be valid until 11/7/2020. There are currently no networks to bind a subscription to. Please specify if I lost money, or in the future this subscription can be applied and the number of days will not decrease?

I'm afraid we can't take any billing action through this Community. 

 

You will need to contact Customer Support directly by phone or case creation for any subscription concerns:  https://support.logmeininc.com/pro/help/how-do-i-contact-support

Good day.
Yesterday I deleted a pifko-vpn subscription, but today they debited me for it. I completely deleted the network, since the client did not pay for it, but today it was debited from my card, and now I have a free subscription that I do not need!
Please delete all unused subscriptions and make a refund!

How to delete the subscription itself is not possible to find. You can only find them, but the "unsubscribe" or delete buttons do not exist in your account.
