We are an organization has 80+ licenses and we are having issues were most of our reps are experiencing issue with disconnections from the desktop sharing utility. We really have not seen this issue until recently with the latest update. I have one additional question, what is the current result of if you have 85 licenses, if the 86th person attempts to log in. Are the Technicians' seats counted as the available licenses or are licenses counted once you connect to technician's console and utlilize the software? Thanks for all information passed along.
