IP Address Lockout

I had to change my pasword yesterday...while at the office. In  a rush I didn't write it down. Working remotely today, I don't remember exactly what I used. I re-set my password, but I still have an IP Address!

I would call into Customer Support if you are still not receiving the password recovery emails.
