Do you kow if it is possible to send an email alert to Technician, when tech is unavalable, or our office is closed. I know it exist in admin console, but the system redirect to simple webpage without ID session, email adress, etc...
Do you have a solution to do the same thing when the session is closed.

But we have no solution for notify after the sessions are ended.

But... I know this option . However, selected option "Abort sessions and show this webpage to the Customer" redirect to the static page. And LMI Rescue doesn't send in the same time some variables as IDSession, e-mail, etc... (as http://mywebsite.com/office-closed.php?IDSession:444646544&email:firstname.lastname@example.org)
The goal of my idea is, when our offices are closed and if a customer try to connect throught Calling Card, LMI send an email to our support (Closed ) to inform our employees that customer needs help...
