Unable to chat witih technician after reboot and reconnect

We are having issue with rebooting and reconnecting chat window. Technician issue a reboot command to the user and his laptop is getting rebooted. Upon reboot, it lauches the chat window and connects to the technician but user can't type message on chat.

 

Upon reboot and reconnect, technician able to send a message and control laptop but user is not able to send any message as that field is greyed out. 

 

I am using Windows 10 and Chrome browser.

 

Could anyone experience this issue? any solution?

Could you give some further details about your issue?
Do you experience this behaviour with web based Instant Chat?
If so, the end user is not able to send message, because they see a loading circle, something like this?
