Unattended access and windows updates

Hi,

Are you working on making unattended access survive windows updates, as it's pretty fragile, requiring a log of unattended service removal and reinstallation, which is time consuming.  Failing that, a quick way of removing the old unattended service would be good.  At the moment it's a run as admin command prompt sc delete <find the name of service from services and put here >  Which is not quick.

Re: Unattended access and windows updates

Hello MarvinTPA!

We are aware of the UA fragility during larger Win10 updates like from 1709 to 1803. There is a minor bug that the Dev team has identified, but that wasn't the main root cause. At this point I cannot tell you when we will fix the issue.

Thank you for the understanding.

Regards,

Sandor

Re: Unattended access and windows updates

We are having an issues connecting to windows 10 clients that are updated to version 1803. We are unable to connect with unattended access, access if the end yours starts a logmein rescue session or even connect to a user if we sent up a session and have them follow the link.... any update on a possible fix for this?
