webinar recording still saving after 2 hours

My recording finished over 2 hours ago - and is still saving in the my recording  log. I need to share with my registrants - please advise

@HDeBruin  Sorry about that.  Usually the recordings do not take that long to process, which indicates that one may be stuck.  If you've already tried logging out/ back in again, and the Rescue recording is still processing, then I would suggest you create a case with Customer Care to help document the situation fully:
