LogMeIn Control Panel switches itself off?

So I've got a bunch of users with LogMeIn installed, mostly on Macs, and after a while (30 days?) without any activity, the Control Panel switches itself to the Off state, and we have to start our support sessions by walking through switching it back on (which is harder than you'd expect...)

 

Support emails recommend uninstalling and reinstalling, so I'm curious to see if anyone else has experienced this and if there's a real solution.

Yes, happens all the time.  I have remote users in other countries and it's hard to coordinate getting on.  Have they replied back about a fix?

The only fix they suggested was to uninstall and reinstall it, which isn't very helpful, as I'd have to spend a _lot_ of time walking my clients through that.
