Blank screen does not work with two monitors

It works well earlier time -

but recently at the beginning the monitor 1 cannot be blanked when the 2 is. I clicked blank screen but it still there.

And after I did the update on the host computer this morning, once I click the blank screen, it only allows me to access monitor 1, and monitor 2 will only be released if it is not blanked. I mean, the "monitor" button in the options will only show when it is not blanked.

Re: dual monitor icon/button missing after update (pro)

@jodygok  Could you please confirm the host + client OS there, as well as the LMI software versions in use?

I'm having the same issue.  Everything is updated.  My coworkers are not having this issue.

Re: dual monitor icon/button missing after update (pro)

I'm having same issue.

Go to Options, Monitors, select Multi-Monitor.  This option has disappeared. No option to "re-clone" dual monitors.  Something has happened in last few days.

Someone on old chat said her monitors were off - this has never been an issue.  Co-worker turned both monitors on at host location just to see.  No different.

OS system on host and remote are both Windows 10.  Everything has worked perfectly since March 2020 (COVID remote setup).  Using LogmeinPro

EDIT - Logmein pro version 4.1.0.14344 March 12, 2021 17:10

DUAL MONITOR - OPTION NO LONGER IN MENU OPTIONS

"Options, Monitors, select Multi-Monitor" - This option has disappeared. No option to clone dual monitor host to remote.  Something has happened in last few days!

Hmmmm - the "client" is myself remoting from home.  Both apps have auto-updates.  I will double check.  Thanks.

Re: Monitors button disappears from Log Me In options Ribbon during remote session

Have you seen a response?  I just posted my same question yesterday.  I see no one answered you from January?? So thought you may have a fix

Thank you

Re: DUAL MONITOR - OPTION NO LONGER IN MENU OPTIONS

I am having a similar issue after upgrading to 4.1.0.14344.

Before upgrading, my multi-monitor worked flawlessly and seamlessly.

After upgrading, LogMeIn Pro only sees 1 and supports 1 monitor no matter what I tried.  I've rebooted by host and client multiple times and have tried every solution previously listed on the forums without succcess.

Initially the Monitors option doesn't even show up under Options.   To get it to return, I have to change my resolution to Match Resolution.   When I do that, the Monitors option appears just long enough for me to click it then it disappears again, and Match Resolution goes back to a fixed resolution.
