Black flashing when accessing remotely via LogMeIn Pro

Hi there, I really hope you are able to assist!

I've been using LogMeIn Pro without any issues for the past couple of years.  The past few weeks, when accessing my Mac remotely, I encounter a constant flashing of black.  Although I can still access the host computer, this is incredibly annoying and makes it hard to do anything.  This happens whether i try to access via another PC or via the LogMeIn Pro iPhone app, which makes me think it is something i need to change on the host computer.  Any help would be really appreciaited.  I have read through similar forum posts, but nothing has fixed unfortunatley.

Can you please let us know what OSX version you are using? 

Have you already tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling the LogMeIn host software on your Mac?

Hi M_LMI,

 

Thanks for your post!  I am using the most up to data OS - Sierra 10.12.4.  So far, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling LogMeIn host software, but not the remote apps.
