After days tryng to contact LogMeIn at 800-789-375, without anyone answering, to dismiss the automatic renewal, today my credit card has been charged of euros, more than 2016.
euros without any new service requested, with all the same 5 computers connected from 2014 and without any request for aknowledging the price increase...
I think it's a non ethical way of conducting businesses, please make a refund and delete my accont.
