Refund requested

After days tryng to contact LogMeIn at 800-789-375, without anyone answering, to dismiss the automatic renewal, today my credit card has been charged of 731 euros, 366 euros more than 2016.

 

366 euros without any new service requested, with all the same 5 computers connected from 2014 and without any request for aknowledging the price increase...

 

I think it's a non ethical way of conducting businesses, please make a refund and delete my accont.
