Sending email alert when no technician avalaible, or office closed.

Hi everybody,

 

Do you kow if it is possible to send an email alert to Technician, when tech is unavalable, or our office is closed. I know it exist in admin console, but the system redirect to simple webpage without ID session, email adress, etc...

 

Do you have a solution to do the same thing when the session is closed.

Thank you for the feedback. 

You can read the technical details in our AdminCenter guide here: on page 42

 

The technicians can be alerted with these settings:

 Notify_techs.png

 

But we have no solution for notify after the sessions are ended.

But... I know this option ;) . However, selected option "Abort sessions and show this webpage to the Customer" redirect to the static page. And LMI Rescue doesn't send in the same time  some variables as IDSession, e-mail, etc... (as http://mywebsite.com/office-closed.php?IDSession:444646544&email:customer@needhelp.fr)

 

The goal of my idea is, when our offices are closed and if a customer try to connect throught Calling Card, LMI send an email to our support (Closed ;) ) to inform our employees that customer needs help...
