Chat not showing on customer screen

I'm trying out the Beta of the GotoAssist Remote support (RescueAssist).

 

I was able to control a clients computer.  Once I tried out the chat feature, I saw an issue.

 

I clicked on Chat.  Typed my message in.  In which nothing showed up on the clients computer.

On the Client computer: All I see is the LogMeIn Remote Support box, that says End Session or Hide.

On my computer, I just see the messages that I typed in.

Hi @44joepersonal

 

The chat is located in the browser on the client side, so if the browser is minimized they will not be able to see it. We plan to add a notification for new chat messages, but I do not have an ETA on when that will be added yet.
