I have a user that is no longer able to run the RescueMe client. She's used it for quite sometime but now she gets a pop-up message that state "Failed to start client applicaiton" when she runs the downloaded client.
We've cleared her internet cache and rebooted. I'm not sure what else to check.
What operating system and web browser does your client use?
Thank you. I ran this error past support and they were not familiar with it so I have created a case for you #12080783. Since your client has Windows 10 you could have her try to join using either Edge or IE 11, both should be able to run the client plug-in.
