GoToAssist Seeit DOWN? REALLY?

So my company is about to pay $1200 to get 3 licenses, we are on free trial testing the product, and today we see the servers down or something like that, because we cant start a new session. Is this how you usually work? cos we cant work with a product that isnt 100% reliable... really dissapointed.

I am sorry if you experienced any connectivity problems today.  We had no other reports of service disruption from our users, and you can always reference the status page here:  https://status.logmeinremotesupport.com/

 

Are you able to start new session now?
