Virtually impossible to connect to Catalina, GoToAssist doesn't work at all, trying to talk customers through the System Preferences changes to give access. TeamViewer no better, very frustrating.

There are no apps requesting permission under "screen recording" and I cannot add one.
finally got it to work on one Mac but it was a painful process. Didn't work the first time, but it did the second.
