We subscribed for RescueAssist last week and I have installed 10 computers with unattended access. So far everything seems fine/working but we have one thing, what's bothering us:
One computer is showing up in rescueassist console multiple times. It means that when I install unattended access package to some computer, the console shows it three times but, with different IP addresses.
Right now we have 10 computers and we can delete them (offline computers) easly, but in the future we plan to mass deploy unattended package and then it gets complicated.
Is there any way to disable it or is this just a bug?
EDIT: We have Mac Os environment and using Macbook Pros/Mac minis
Hi @AshC ,
No, these computers are not re-imaged or copied from another OS. These computers have "clean" insalled Mac OS 10.14. However, all of these computers have same directory agent installed (Jumpcloud). Could that be the case?
Actually yesterday I contacted LogMeIn support and they said that they will send me instructions/manual how to delete one file from filesystem, what is causing this. But till now, I havent recevied any email
I am recieveing this as well. I just installed this on everyones Mac using JAMF and now everytime someone goes offline and comes back on it makes a new device in the console. Please tell me how to fix this or fix the console.
Hey @rlambert2721 ,
Sorry for the Mac issues there.
Which Mac OS version are the Unattended machines?
Which Mac OS Installer is being used (PKG or APP)?
How is it being installed (deployed with another program? If so, which one?)
