I have just purchased a second agent on my go to assist subscription and I attempted to go to the manage user page but it is saying I dont have access to the admin section. Any ideas?
@JL5 My apologies if there was any issue during your upgrade. I have made a change that should grant you Administrator access if this right was not given before. Please check your account again.
