RescureAssist stopped responding

I'm trying out the Beta of the GotoAssist Remote support (RescueAssist).

 

I was in a web session.  But all of a sudden lost control.  The screen went black, and was prompted to click the Admin button to regain control.

 

But when I did that, and said yes.  Nothing happened.  I still had a black screen, and no control.  I ultimately had to end the session.

@44joepersonal  I apologize for the difficulty.  We are currenlty investigating similar reports of sudden remote control loss with RescueAssist, and will update this thread with more info soon.

Anyone else following this thread:  We could only reproduce this sporadically for a few minutes after several customer reports.  I don't think it will appear on the status page as the number of reports we received were minimal.

 

I apologize for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused.
