We have two concurrent RescueAssist licences for a team of five Analysts. Shared sessions are staying open, often evernight, and I am having to manually kill them through the admin center several times per day.

Are you able to reproduce this problem yourself, after ending a remote connection and exiting RescueAssist completely?
Is there any change if you end the session and reboot?
That is very good to hear. This is happening multiple times per day, for multiple agents. Rebooting after each session is not really possible for a busy helpdesk.
I shall await the fix.
We are having the same problem with shared sessions staying open. We have 30 licenses. Almost all are in use. Several employees using a license are not in the office. Some that are in the office do not even have application running.
Can you share when the fix will be live?
