rescue assist- cannot view remote session (Samsung work profile device)

When connecting a remote session to a Samsung Galaxy S9 with an Android work profile, the screen share will only display a black screen when work profile apps are opened.   Other Android work profile devices in our environment (Pixel, Lenovo, etc) do not exibit this behavior.

I apologize for the difficulty there.  We have an investigation currently under way for the Galaxy S9 device, and will update this thread as new information becomes available.

Any update or info?  It's quite frustrating that we can't use this with our most common devices.

Update around this problem is that we've identified Samsung programming as the issue here.  While we await for their technical teams to invstigate further, it will unfortunately affect several LMI SAAS functions...
