I can no longer find the page that you could go to and begin the process of filing a Lastpass support ticket, which would eventually lead you the following Lastpass account page where you could submit the support request.

You used to be able to login to that page, but no longer, so it is not possible start a support ticket there.
In the past, if you could reopen a closed ticket to ask another question, but as of May 14th, you cannot reopen closed tickets.
Is there currently a start page to open support tickets?
Yes, I discovered that a little while after posting. Apparently, that's the new vehicle for support, I submitted a request and got a generic response about them looking into the problem, getting back to me as soon as they can, and a ticket #.
They also added "If you'd like to provide an attachment to help the support team review your inquiry, please reply directly to this email with the attachment. Maximum file attachment size is 5MB"
If you have anything more to say, I don't know if it's done by replying or creating another support inquiry. It's been 2 days. Just have to wait and see.
I have been waiting five days now. Today is day 6. I doubt if there is anything like a Lastpass support. If even a paying customer won't get a reply within six days you can legitimately say there is no support whatsoever. Sad that Lastpass has become so bad. many expected that the day Logmein bought Lastpass. Apparently they have been right.
