I have two LastPass-Accounts. One private, one for my job.
I use the browser plugins and think they are super helpful.
But the browser plugin for the business account happens to fail periodically.
I never had problems with the browser plugins for the private account.
I have used Google Chrome and am now using Firefox.
For both browsers the business account failed periodically - the private account never.
What I mean with failing:
It just shows me a slim, white drop down menu.
It shows me a drop down menu that looks the usual size but is blank.
It does not recognize the page I am on.
It fails in multiple ways.
Any ideas what to do about it?
I already reinstalled it a bunch of times. For other reasons I switched browsers - that did not change much on the behaviour (which is super strange ...).
I have restarted the extention etc.
The interesting thing is, that the behaviour is not super consistent.
But I have had no problem at all with my private account (former in an extra Chrome profile. Now I separate Firefox and Firefox for Web Developers)
Is this issue only happening with your Business/Enterprise account? When this issue happens, we would recommend reaching out to your LastPass Enterprise account admin to contact our Enterprise support team, or if you are an admin of the Enterprise account you can you can access our Enterprise support number through your LastPass Admin Console > Support to get help with this issue right away when it is happening.
