LastPass browser icon missing from Safari toolbar

Hi I have installed lastopass, it appears in the main mac menu.

Where it does not appear is in safari and this is super annoying. Its not in the extensions part of safari, and for the life of me googling just keeps telling me to install the lastpass extension which I have done! Its not in the 'customise toolbar' bit either. Lastpass is installed on the mac, but not in safari.

How can I get the three dots icon to appear in safari?

Hello,

If your LastPass web browser extension is suddenly missing, it may still be installed but was hidden from your toolbar menu. You can change your toolbar settings to show the LastPass web browser extension again. I'm having the same problem but its not even listed in Safari Prefs under extensions.  I've uninstalled restarted and redownloaded from the Mac app store but no luck.  Macos 11.2.1 Safari 14.0.3

Could you try uninstalling the LastPass mac app by dragging the icon from your Applications folder to Trash, emptying trash, then restarting your computer and reinstalling from here? https://lastpass.com/download/
