iTunes payments but no change in account status?

Hey all,

 

I signed up to last pass and then downloaded the app on my Mac. I paid via iTunes for the premium account. But in the app and in the account online (i.e. safari) it's still saying I'm a trial user. I have a receipt and everything. Not sure what's gone wrong or how to get it to register my payment as there's no help function?

 

Please help.

Please open a support ticket and include a screenshot of the iTunes receipt.
