Forgot my log in and locked out
How do I unlock my computer to attempt log in again?

If you become locked out of your account, an email will be sent to your registered LogMeIn email address. This email will contain a link that will allow you to unlock your account.
If you have not received this email within a few hours of the lock, please check your spam folder to ensure it was not blocked.
