You gave us feedback, and we listened. We will be bringing two BIG updates to Central by the end of this year!

 

Applications Updater Replacement

 

You can experience our all-new application updater, powered by OPSWAT®. This new and improved patch management feature includes:

  • The potential to support more applications with OPSWAT®
  • The ability to add more features, like vulnerability checks and listing remediation items
  • An OPSWAT SDK can make integration with Central even easier

Stay tuned for in-product notifications providing more information and actions you will need to take to update your account.

 

The Next Evolution of Remote Execution


We are making improvements to our remote execution feature, making proactive IT support even easier.

If you are currently using Remote Execution Beta, you will see enhancements like:

  • Updated UI
  • Availability on both Windows and Mac
  • Ability to create more complex multi-step scripts

If you are using One2Many, you will see enhancements like:

  • Ability to use pre-written scripts, meaning no previous scripting knowledge is required
  • Power to schedule scripts like when endpoints are not in use, meaning no longer waiting for the device to become available

How many things is this big makeover going to break? Already seeing a lot of issues with 15024 that as usual, LMI/GoTo support says is my computers and not them. Wait, are you a cable company now?

Hi @telenberger, I appreciate that you are frustrated, but I reviewed your support ticket and what I see is Support gathering information and documenting the issues that you have reported so that they can be looked into.

And my comments here are not related to the open case or the fact that this is the third case on the same issue dating back to January that keeps getting closed.  Service and support was a lot better before GoTo bought out LMI.
