User bought an HP Envy Inspire 7220E (wireless) and connected it to her MacBook. When connected to the Windows host (LMI v15410), she says she can see and select the HP from the Remote Printers dropdown menu, but the printer instiance does not populate in the Windows printer list and she cannot select it when she uses the print function in Windows apps.
