Allow Dial Plans to include Lines with External Numbers in their personal Dial Plan.

We have Lines where the personal Dial Plan is to call an external number. This works perfectly if you dial the Extension/Line directly. However, when that Extension is included in a Dial Plan, the calls fail. The only way to get it work is to specify the external number directly. I would like to request this feature added. It allows our end users to maintain their own on-call routing.

This limitation also exists for Ring Groups and Call Queues.
