It would be great if you could save a contact to the whole system instead of just an extension. If a call comes in with no name and is a regular client, I want to save their name so that anytime they call, all extensions will see who is calling.
Thank you. Came here just to check if somebody had already proposed this and upvoted.This would save us a lot of time. In the meantime, we have to resort either to a) asking each member of the team to add the contact or b) calling support to request they add the contact for all users.
