Agent Updates – Versions Detected on Devices
Good morning, I’ve noticed that our devices currently have three different agent versions installed: 1.25.0.856 1.26.0.1704 1.26.1.2050 (which appeared about two days ago) The rollout of version 1.26.0.1704 seems to have started around 10 days ago, but it appears to have stalled and has not been applied to all PCs. Considering that approximately 90% of our devices are powered on 24/7, I would have expected a more consistent deployment. Additionally, version 1.26.1.2050 has recently appeared, and I would like to understand whether this is part of a new official rollout or an early release for selected endpoints. Could you please clarify how the agent update process is implemented? Thank you in advance for your support. Is it possible to get a report of Agents using File Manager or Terminal Sessions on devices? The reason for the question is that we have around 12 executives that I would like to add to our Devices. The concern from management is knowing if someone attached to an executives device without their knowledge or consent and possibly copying files from the device without authorization. I know we can isolate the devices into Groups and then control which agents can access the Group but they'd like some reporting on File Manager and Terminal sessions. Hello, the agent update from version 1.25.0.856 to version 1.26.0.1704, is reported by some antivirus and almost blocked, in my case with Kaspersky antivirus, this had never occurred with previous versions, result, agent update blocked.... Good morning, maybe someone can help me, I can't find the section to change the name in remote support (see screenshot), at the moment my name appears "Cristiano" but I would like to be able to change it with name and surname + name + company name, this to always be recognized uniquely by the customer, given the many scams that go around with support. Hi. I had tried different ways to make this Windows Event Log to work but had been unsuccessful. I have added the Windows Event Log Alert to the Server Policy, Log Category: Application Event DEtail: Information Event Source: Active Disk Image Event ID: 1 Keyword in log message: Processing And still does not see the event log. I had work with other RMM tools in the past and they do the alert. Are I am missing something? Starting with v12 of Veeam B&R, Veeam is scanning VMs for malicious files and malware by default. Every VM that has GTRe on it for remote access is triggering a "Known malware extension" alert because it thinks the file GoTo.ZeroTrust.Vault has a .vault file extension which Veeam considers a potential threat. I'm unsure if there is a specific place to be reporting bugs other than in Community Discussions, if so please point me there. I ran into this bug today, when switching between filters you have to clear your current filter before applying another one or they will not switch to your new filter choice correctly. For example; This is a filter I made to see any unassigned tickets, "Unassigned" Assignment status: assignmentStatus.unAssigned This is a filter I made to see tickets assigned only to me, with any status not considered closed, "My Tickets" Status: Open, In Progress, On Hold, Blocked, Backlog, waitingOnCustomer, waitingOnPurchase, waitingOnVendor Assigned to: Trevor If I have the Unassigned filter active and choose Filters Icon > Favorite Filters > "My Tickets" the following filter is then activated, leaving out the Assigned to: Trevor portion. Whenever a user is submitting a ticket and tries to send the path of a file/folder location, the backslashes are removed from the path. Z:\Folder\subfolder\file.docx Will show up in the ticket as Z:Foldersubfolderfile.docx I assume the text of the ticket is being escaped. It is frustrating when the paths are long and I need to reference multiple locations. Is there a setting I can change?
