The GoTo Community is currently experiencing some technical issues affecting new posts and comments. We are actively working with our service provider and apologize for the frustration.
Currently our helpdesk users can set their own Zero Trust Prompt Frequency (upon each sensitive task, once a day, once a week). Is there a way that I as the admin can set it for them? We want all licensed users to be required to enter their signature key as often as possible and not be able to bypass it for a day/week.

Related -- we should be able to set the Zero Trust to a custom length of time..........and this setting SHOULD be respected. I have mine set to once/week, but I am frequently asked again, much more often than a week later. This setting doesn't seem to mean much, but it should. In our environment, this does not need to be requested as often...once a month would be plenty.
