I had this all day yesterday! I use the V4 desktop expert app. I posted my issue yesterday here:
GoToAssist Service Desk Maintenance work was completed yesterday early morning around 1:30am CST, 6:30 UTC. Coincidentally, my issue began just after the maintenance was completed and lasted all day for me. I had to attempt connections up to 10 times before getting in.
I've only had 1-2 unattended remote sessions today, all without any issues.
@Fred Marshall We are currently investigating the cause of these connection failures.
In the meantime you should be able to utilize GoToAssist V5 to remotely access the same clients if the Unattended application is set up there.
I see that I'm using Version: 4.8 Build 1702 of GoToAssist on the GTA Expert side.
AND, it has the "check for updates" grayed out.

You can actually install GoToAssist v5 Unattended Support on the same computer alongside v4 and use either to connect. If you sign in to your account on the website you can switch back and forth between v4 and v5.
