@mkeaton after talking to the team I learned that the issue is that the file extension is uppercase. Can you rename or resave the JPG file to have a lowercase extension? ‘image.jpg’ will work, but ‘image.JPG’ causes issues.

@SoMol Contact Support is display in bold at the top of our support page and on every support article. Using Google to find phone numbers for businesses is how people end up getting scammed.
I keep striking out when trying to find an email or form to fill out, it always wants me to call in. Is there a way to open a ticket without having to call in, get a call back etc.? I have had my last several tickets closed because they always just want to talk to me, I sadly don't have time to sit on the phone, I would just like an email with solution or instructions. Thanks!

We are not offering email support as it is generally slow an inefficient. You are welcome to post any questions or issues you are having here in the community, as long as they are not billing related.
That's unfortunate, I understand the reasoning but as the solo IT person in our org I rarely have time to sit down for a call, email in some cases is much more efficient as I can try fixes whenever I have a few minutes.
@GlennD - Maybe you could update your post in this thread? The call back options is no longer.. an option. Now you must call in to get support. Kinda lame to remove that, its not like support would make more or less calls this way.
@mkeaton Call Me remains an option for customers who are signed in on our support sites, but thank you for mentioning it as there seems to be a technical issue with right now and our team is working on it.
