Is it possible to remove the country code added to incoming calls? I say this because I'm using Goto in Salesforce and this is preventing Salesforce from recognizing the contact on the call since Goto reports the number adding the country code.
I am also having the same problem using GoTo connect in Salesforce.
I need incoming calls to be identified without the country code, in this case 55 (Brazil).
How to configure this in Goto Connect?
My operation is impacted, I need a quick return. If possible 😉
