We have the automatic mails set up to send the week before / day before / hour before.
There are times, however, when we want to send a quick instant message to attendees. This could be to provide them with files that we don't want ot manage via GoToTraining, links to recordings, etc.
It would be nice to be able to click a button and have a comma or semi-colon delimited list provided, that we could then use in our own mail client.
Currently I have to pull up the roster and enter or copy each email one-by-one.
