Personalize or customize Email formatting

Hello, 

is it somehow possible to personalize the automatically generated mails? 
Is the use of placeholders for name, date, etc. possible?

I am creating my first invitation. The colors are great, and I am creating a new logo to fit the emails. But the fonts are small, and I want to make them larger. How do I do that?

Hi Karen,

I'm sorry no, you can not change the font or it's size at this time. Do you happen to use a very high resolution monitor, because the current font size is a standard 9.

 

The only way to send your own templates would be through a third party provider such as Zapier (which utilize the developer GoToWebinar APIs):  https://www.gotomeeting.com/integration-marketplace

Can you please put this on a "requested" list? The current font is fine for most people, but ironically, I happen to be sending an invitation to people ready to go on Social Security! Some definitely need larger fonts or a different bolder font for easier reading! Thanks! Got everything else in my branding ready to go!

How do I customize the Confirmation Email to Registrants? Having customized the branding of the webinar, none of the styles are reflected in the Confirmation Email.
Also, how do I put additional links there, the "Custom Text" boxes do not allow HTML, it looks like?

I would like to edit the details in the Body of Confirmation send to Email to Registrants upon registration, but it does not allow me to. Please help!

Hi, you can customize the confirmation Email and reminder Email to an extent by adding your own messaging, but you cannot directly edit the GoToWebinar details and instructions.

It's very disrespectable to send our customers the confirmation Email in two languages... in my opinion... (( That's why some of them refuse to attend our webinars 😞 Please, could you try to make the confirmation Form fully customizing or add more Primary languages. Thank you.

On the new version of GoToWebinar, the only place to customize the text in the reminder email is at the beginning of the email. It used to be at the end of the email which I prefer. Why was this changed and can this be added back? Or allow customization at both the beginning and end of the email like the confirmation email now has. Thanks.
