Analytics and past webinars all missing after reactivating GoToWebinar license

I renewed our GoToWebinar license today after it lapsed at the end of last year and found that all our history is no longer available (ie. records of past webinars, webinar recordings and all past analytics). My understanding from other past community posts is that at the very least, the analytics should still be in tact. Is there a way to recover these?
