Background:
My wife and I run several small businesses under different names. Different company names have different greetings. However, there are five different TYPES of companies. The structure of Grasshopper's "extension" logic is too rigid for us to have all of our phone numbers, for all of the company names, under one Grasshopper account since pressing "1" would have a different meaning depending on the type of business.
Problem:
Creating multiple Grasshopper accounts would allow us to use different sets of extensions; however, we would be forced to pay for FIVE separate small business accounts.
Question:
Since my wife and I would be the only users on each account, and since our cell phone numbers would be identical on all accounts, is there some way to not pay full price for the four additional accounts?
Hi @FredLackey welcome to the GoTo Community, thanks for checking it out.
To clarify, in your account instead of using extensions for your five different companies you would like to have five separate numbers?
@FredLackey I'm not sure that is possible, I'm checking with the team for any ideas.
There is more advanced call management options with GoTo Connect, if you are interested in reviewing that.
