On Saturday I paid a LogMeIn Hamachi Standard subscription. The idea was to create a 6 users network for gaming. The experience was a disaster. Constant lag and and a really slow connection prevented us from playing. In the end, what should have been a fun afternoon, was just a wasting of 50 USD.
I'd like to cancel my subscription and get a refund, please. To my surprise, there's no option online for cancelling anything, and reading this forum plagged with people denouncing a bad experience with billing pushed me to post this here.

@Plaplapla Sorry about that. Unfortunately we do not take billing or account change actions through the Community, as it is not secure. However, I am concerned about the support site experience you had, because we don't seem to have any other reports from customers. Have you already tried to access our support sites through a private browsing window or after rebooting / clearing your cache?
