I have a premium subscription and currently have 252 clients. If I need to exceed the 256 limit can I simply purchase another premium subscription or does the additional users have to be on a separate account?
Hi @a3b2c1r4
The Multi-Network subscription option is applied across an entire account, allowing you an unlimited number of networks with up to 256 members per network. With Multi-Network you are still subject to the limit of 256 clients per account. The number of clients allowed at the account level is independent of the number of members per network. This means that you can have potentially far more members in your networks than clients attached to your account.
That may answer my question but I don't think that it does.
I have an account with multi network and 252 active users. Each network has between 10 -90 users.
Everything works fine and as expected. I have one network that needs to add 50 more users.
That will push my total users connected to around 300.
Here are my questions:
1. Will my current account support that since they are divided across 8 or 10 networks or is 256 a global limit for my account?
2. If it is a global limit of 256 is that a license limit where i can buy another 256 user licenses and increase my limit to 512 or is that a hard limit for one account?
I'm afraid 256 is the current max for a single network.
