Not all passwords are important. Many are required by vendors/retailers/social media sites, but there is little or no risk if the password is compromised. Others (banking, etc.) are critical. I would like to be able to classify my passwords according to risk, so that passwords for low-risk sites are given lower or no rating in my overall risk score. I consciously re-use the same password across several such low/zero risk sites.
