Don't automatically sign out when the Chrome extension fails to log in due to no internet!

1. My chrome re-opens automatically on PC reboot, which causes the chrome extension to try to login.
2. But, my internet takes a few seconds to connect to the router.
3. Thus, LastPass login fails.
4. Thus, the chrome extension will sign me out with a "Failed to sign in" message every time, and clear my cached password. 

Your Chrome plugin should know the difference between a timeout and a login failure due to incorrect password or token. No idea why this is the default behaviour.
