Dynamic ACL assignment for Shared Folders

Enables ACL controls at the Shared Folder level. 
In order to access / fill the Shared folder contents the user must be logged from the assigned IP, Subnet or Geo Zone. Enables more granular ACL controls for sensitive Business shared secrets on federated LastPass Accounts.

Dependencies

Define Network Zones in the Account

• IPs, Subnets

• geolocation

Enabling Feature

Assign Defined Zones to Shared Folders triggered at time of access

• If accessing from an authorized Zone the Secrets display in a different color (green)

• if user attempts to reveal or Autofill from an unauthorized zone: Secrets look greyed out, a message is returned i.e. “Access is not available from this network / Location” Contact your Administrator for assistance.
