I ran into an issue where the Lastpass Authenticator App on iOS was either corrupted or ran into issue. When I launch/access the Lastpass Authenticator App on 8/25/2021, it prompted me with two options: 1) Add Account or 2) Restore from backup. I selected Restore from backup. Upon careful examination, I noticed 3 accounts were missing from the App. One of them is a Ubiquiti account that I needed to access remote sites to manage company networks. This loss is preventing me from assisting/accessing/configuring networks for other companies. If Lastpass has a historical backup system with dates in place, then I can self-service and restore to a previous backup. Could prevent hours of contacting vendors for restore access of 2FA.
