Too many times last pass either recommends the wrong URL's or doesn't find one at all. My solution is to close the drop down and search lastpass for the correct one and copy/paste both the password and username into the app. Some apps won't allow you to paste into the username and password fields so the only option is to type them or have lastpass fill them in.
It would be great to have an "other" option in the initial drop down that you can search lastpass and then have lastpass fill the username and password.
