Emergency Access in LastPass for Teams

1) Have I seen correctly in the LastPass for Teams documentation that there is no Emergency Access feature provided in LastPass for Teams service?
2) If my observation is correct, then why there is no such a useful feature in the more expensive and seemingly more sophisticated subscription plan?

Emergency access only applies for personal accounts like free and premium. Teams does have an advantage over this as it allows admin password reset https://lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=showfaq&id=4456

It is essential for me to know your perspective and opinion.
As you may imagine your answer opens a few new questions:
1) How to take over/reset LastPass for Teams Admin's Master Password?
2) What about the waiting period feature? Even in the LastPass for Teams environment, the account's owner can want to have the last chance to deny the access/reset request.
